Ontra combines AI-enabled legal tech software with a legal network to negotiate, process, and analyze routine fund and deal contracts. “Human in the Loop” Technology Combines AI-Powered Software with a Global Network of Freelance Legal Professionals

the CHALLENGE

Marketecture helps simplify and communicate the business or marketing perspective of a product. I was tasked to create an animated graphic to be front and center on the Ontra website. The digital media slot on the homepage required a looping Lottie animation. A Lottie file is an open-source animation file format that’s tiny, high-quality, scriptable, and interactive. The purpose was to illustrate the journey of a contract through the AI-powered Legal Operating System for Private Markets.

the SOLUTION

Using the Brand Guidelines and the established look of the website, I created an animation that visually represents the journey of the contract through the AI-enabled legal tech software. I wanted the documents to follow a path through the process and illustrate via glowing network nodes as they pass through each aspect of the workflow and morph into insights.
