The Green Manufacturing Expo will see a range of methods and products for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and conserving energy and resources. These include solar and wind energy, CAD for sustainability, energy-management software, bio compostable and recyclable packaging, and energy-saving machinery. The Green Manufacturing Conference will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, in Anaheim, California.
the CHALLENGE
Create a print ad to run in industry-related publications both print and digital to attract visitors and exhibitors. Create excitement and fulfill a growing need for sustainable manufacturing that can be measured in energy savings, reduced carbon emissions, better waste treatment, and a variety of clean technologies and products.

the SOLUTION
The concept was to create a high contrast ad to jump off the page with an iconic image of a powerful yet green source of renewable energy, the wind turbine. This powerful symbol is then reinforced with the healing and life-giving properties of giant redwood trees, as the turbine is giving back to nature. Its roots also symbolize the strength of its future and are embraced by the encircling manufacturing plants.
